Refund policy

Within 30 days of purchase, you are able to receive a refund, credit note or exchange for any full priced purchase made online or in store.

Conditions of returns:

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law.

• All items must be unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached.
• All items must be tried on with underwear. When trying on swimwear the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. If removed or altered the return will be refused.
• All shoes and accessories must be returned in original condition with all packaging included.
• We do not accept returns on jewellery or bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
